AppliCon Payment Connector

The AppliCon Payment Connector is a financial transaction service, serving as a layer between the transactional systems and the clearing infrastructure in the Nordics and UK. The objective of the AppliCon Payment Connector is to build a generic standardized payment solution enabling connection to local payments and clearing infrastructure based on the strategic approach of centralized crosscountry banking systems.

AppliCon Payment Connector attributes

  • Mapping – AppliCon Payment Connector facilitates the mapping between clearing formats and internal formats.
  • Processing – Offering a standard way of processing and delivering data, e.g. known processes are used for data handling. Processes are transparent and reuseable, relying on the definition of processes in ISO 20022.
  • Traceability and validation – AppliCon Payment Connector is designed to trace and handle reruns of payment transactions.
  • Logging - Logging is handled by AppliCon Payment Connector. All logs are made available in SAP standard user interface.
  • Security and archiving – AppliCon Payment Connector is designed to handle security and manage archiving.
