The Near Shore development model
Applicon’s experience from international projects has evolved into a model we choose to call Near Shore Model. Our approach is based on a „Team of 3“, meaning that one team consists of 3 individuals that divide between them the business process experience, development expertise and test and quality roles. The model is based on the Agile methodology and our development procedures are based on SCRUM. Then based on the software and customer we work with their model/method is aligned being SAP‘s own ASAP methodology or Microsoft.
The key is to deliver value throughout the development process.
