Applicon Sweden focuses on the Financial Services industry and has been implementing standard system in all of the Nordic countries. Applicon has therefore for the past years taken part in Future Bank, an annex of Dagens Industri, the most popular business newspaper in Sweden. This year Applicon talks about the successful implementation of SAP's banking solutions on the Swedish and the Nordic market, a project that was selected the best "Core Banking System Project" globally.
Applicon also talks about the maintainability study, a tool or method that has been developed to make a study of the maintainability within Financial Services companies such as others. The result of the study provides suggestions for how to improve the maintenance of mission-critical systems. By allowing an independent outside party to analyze the maintainability, it is often easier to pinpoint weaknesses in systems and management.
